*Job Brief: *A unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide nursing, dementia, residential & end of life care for the residents of an Outstanding-rated Care Home in Thornbury.

*Key Points*
* Clean & Outstanding rated care home, supportive work culture and a safe Nurse/Resident ratio.
* You must hold an active NMC pin with an Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disability Nursing Qualification
* Caring for patients requiring Dementia, Palliative, Nursing, Residential & Elderly Care.
* Hours are Part-time or Full-time (24 - 48 hours per week)
* Shifts are 12 hrs on a rolling rota each week, 07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 - 07:00, 4 weeks in advance and involve alternate weekends.
* The salary is £21.00ph with unpaid breaks during the week, weekend enhancer rate is £23.00 per hour (10% increase)
* Day & Night shift contracts are available

*Experience & Personal attributes*
* Minimum of 1-year post-qualifying nursing experience
* Ideally, you have experience in; elderly, dementia, and palliative care within a Care Home environment
* You have a caring and compassionate, professional attitude plus, a first-class communicator, enthusiastic & ambitious
* Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices
* Experience in producing well-developed care plans & risk assessments
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks
* Have an understanding of DoLs/MCA.

*Qualifications*
* A Nursing qualification can consider Adult, Learning Disability & Mental Health trained
* An active NMC registration
